RULES FOR RUNNINNG SERVERS VDS/VPS ON IRCNET NETWORK ON IRC SERVER *.HU Ipv6(atw.irc6.hu)

ALWAYS remember: YOU and YOU ALONE are responsible for the users on YOUR server.

1. DO NOT CIRCUMVENT K-LINES
Ircops are nice to you. they usually kline abusers only user@host, which means all other server users can stay online. if you give the abuser a new ident, you are circumventing the k-line. if you do this, your whole server will be k-lined. Usually the first k-line is a warning k-line only. it is temporary and will be removed after 1 or 2 weeks. if you or your users abuse again, the whole server will be k-lined.

2. MAXIMUM OF 5 CONNECTIONS PER REAL PERSON
Only ONE account (ident@) per real person, only 5 connections per
user/ident account. understand? this includes bots and bouncers.

3. NO FAKE IDENT
Do not fake accounts (add multiple usernames for the same person or for
bots only). it should be always 1 account for 1 real person.

4. DO NOT RUN DDoS BOTNETS AND DRONES
DO NOT STAY OP IN TAKE CHANNELS WITH BOTNET/DRONE
DO NOT RUN LARGE BOTNETS
Never run such botnets on or from your server. this leads to a k-line
for the whole server. Also, you are not supposed to stay op(operator) in this such TAKE channels. You will be k-lined for this, no matter who really owned/ran the drones. Finally, don't run large botnets, becouse for channel is concurred max 5 bots.

5. DO NOT OFFEND, COLLIDE, ARGUE WITH IRCOPS
Ircop decisions are final. Do not dispute or argue with them. Do not
nick collide ircops, because they hate that. Also, don't complain to GigaService staff if you got k-lined, that's your problem, the ircops usually have good reasons for k-lines, they don't do that for nothing.
